🍗 Parmesan Chicken Cutlets — Crispy, Golden, No-Egg Needed
4 chicken breasts, filleted and smashed down with a meat hammer until nice and thin.
Dip each piece into grated Parmesan cheese to fully coat.
(No egg needed—the natural moisture from the chicken makes the cheese stick perfectly!)
Heat a pan over medium with a bit of oil or butter—whichever you love—just make sure it’s enough to coat the bottom of the pan.
Add in your Parmesan-crusted chicken.
Cook for about 2–4 minutes per side, until golden, crispy, and cooked through.
When they’re done, add them to a salad, pile onto a sandwich, or honestly… just eat the damn things straight out of the pan.
They’re THAT good.
