Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lb)

¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth

3 teaspoons salt-pepper-garlic seasoning (I use Kinder’s)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Add everything to the crock pot:
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Pour in the chicken broth and sprinkle on all the seasonings. -
Cook:

Low: 3–4 hours

High: 2–3 hours
Chicken is done when it reaches 165°F and shreds easily.

Shred the chicken:
Using two forks, gently shred the chicken directly in the liquid.-
If there’s too much liquid, ladle some out and save it.

Add back a little at a time until you reach your perfect juiciness level.

Keeps 3–4 days in the fridge (airtight).

Freezes beautifully for 3–4 months.
