Over Easy Egg Omelette — Quick, Easy, and Full of Flavor

Really, really easy breakfast if you want to have the sauce of the Over Easy egg but the fillings of the omlette :)  

 

This is a great way to kinda clean out your fridge if needed.

In a large non- stick pan add in your butter or I really like Avocado oil spray. Just a small spray though. You don't need it all oily and such.  Add in whatever your fillings are. Mine is usually a small amount of cheese, Jalapeno, and Seasoning.

Usually, Boom In your Face ( Blend of Serrano and Bell Peppers) is one of my favorites.

Take the filling out of the pan and set aside. 

Crack in 2 or 3 eggs 

Cook 2-3 minutes loosen the sides of the eggs and flip it.   It's all in the wrist:) 

Fill it up with your toppings and serve on a plate.  Be sure that you get one egg on top and one on the bottom so you get the full effect:)
